REI 'Our Land'
In the late 1920s, Eagle Harbor, Maryland, became a riverside haven for Black people when most other beaches were segregated. In recent decades, the area has experienced environmental degradation compromising the community’s livelihood. Residents and Black environmentalists have long worked together to protect the land and preserve its rich history.
